Petra Nannes

Petra trained as a Biology teacher in Holland and then went on to work and travel extensively in Africa before studying Oriental Medicine in London. She is a graduate of the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine where she worked till her graduation. Petra has since completed a Diploma Course in Tui Na (Chinese Massage) and an Ayurvedic Foot massage course and is now embarking on an EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization & Reprocessing) course. Further and as part of CPD Petra has taken courses in Acupuncture and fertiliy and pregnancy over the last year and is a member therefor of the London Child Birth team. All of this means that you are going to receive a constantly improving service from Petra.

Petra is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and works part time for the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board and sits on the BAcC Conference Committee.

In between doing all this, Petra has one long term motivation which is, one day, to take alternative therapies to Africa where she has seen much suffering in people with terminal illnesses but who can not afford medical care.
